Fitness & Conditioning for Dancers with Onur Orkut
Ready to train smarter? This class is designed to help you meet the physical demands of dance by building a stronger, more capable body. We'll focus on strength, endurance, and mobility, with exercises tailored to the needs of a dancer's body. Music is a key component, keeping us motivated and in sync. Please make sure you bring a sweat towel. You can also bring a mat if you have one but it's optional.
Trainers are recommended.
Contemporary with Jen Rees and Jen Hale
This class offers a dynamic and creative exploration of contemporary dance, blending technical training with expressive performance. Exercises will develop technique, focusing on alignment, strength, and fluidity, while also practicing travelling sequences that encourage freedom of movement through space.
Through performing phrases, the class will explore dynamic variation and movement qualities, and will support dancers in discovering their individual style and personal expression.




Movement for Wellbeing with Mary Pearson
This class is a joyful invitation to reclaim the pleasure of dance. You’ll learn to listen to and connect with your body, release tension and anxiety, and discover authentic self-expression. More than a workout - it’s a fun, supportive space to feel good moving with more fluidity and ease. Open level, no dance experience needed!
Qi Gong with Pei Yee Tong
Wellbeing sessions inspired by the ancient practice of Qi Gong.
In the session, we will learn different movements coordinated with breath, 5 elements and meditation.
The session is suitable for all levels and ages. The class will finish with self massage or meditation.




Embody the Endurance with Rowena Gander
Push your limits in this immersive day of performance and physical theatre training, led by performance artist Dr Rowena Gander. This intensive uses durational tasks to test your physical limits, sharpen your mental resilience, and expand your performative range. You’ll explore strategies for sustaining presence over extended periods, navigating fatigue, and turning exhaustion and boredom into creative
fuel. Through structured improvisations, endurance-based exercises, and self-devised physical scores, you’ll discover how to stay bold, authentic, and connected under pressure. Ideal for dancers, actors, and interdisciplinary makers hungry to break through their own boundaries,
this workshop will leave you with practical tools, fresh instincts, and the confidence to hold an audience’s attention—no matter how long the work demands.

Improvised Self with Mary Pearson
This class is for dancers and performers ready to explore making dances using improvisation. We'll use spontaneous movement as both a performance mode and as a powerful tool for generating new choreography. You can discover the details of your signature movement style, learn to trust your instincts, and to express meaning through movement. A dedicated space to deepen your practice, expand your range, and build confidence in your improvisational skills. No matter your level of experience, you find new ways to connect with your artistic self.
